10News Announces the 2007 Winners of the 10News.com A-List

Online Guide Closes First Annual Contest to Allow Viewers to Acknowledge their Favorite San Diego Businesses

San Diego, November 12, 2007 - San Diego's 10News begins announcing the winners of the 10News.com A-List, powered by CityVoter. The first annual competition invites thousands of locals to vote for their favorite businesses on the 10News.com A-List on www.10News.com/alist. The 10News.com A-List is the premier destination for local information, featuring descriptions, photos, maps, and real-life customer comments on top local businesses. The 10News.com A-List also serves local businesses with a platform to easily create, manage, and promote their own web content and gives consumers the power to choose the best businesses and post comments, photos and more.

In just over 8 weeks, the 10News.com A-List more than doubled in size, currently featuring information, photos, and 28,000 reviews of over 1,500 local businesses. The two-month long contest drew roughly 66,000 votes for more than 100 categories such as Burger, Day Spa, Pilates Studio, Sushi, Art Museum, and Live Music Venue. A new set of winners in selected categories will be posted every day this week on 10News.com. The online list of 2007 winners will be posted beginning November 12 and they will receive winners' signs in the mail.
